My first experience with pro hotel and it was great would definitely recommend. If asked to choose one thing I would say this one's highlight is it's great food. Excellent cook. if you're comparing it looks expensive but it's well worth it. Instead of renting rooms for low price and then charging for everything you will need, they quote all inclusive and then provide good service in my experience. Everything from food to laundry is very affordable. One thing that could be better would be if they can keep there restaurant open all day ~ Rahul V

Right from our arrival to departure the service rendered by their staff were of top class and all the more the staff have been so humble and courteous. The manager Mr.Abhinash was extremely cooperative and ensured we had avery comfortable stay.The rooms were clean and the best part we all watched the finals which India won without any disturbances. Next morning we had our BF which was simple and good and departed for Bangalore. God bless the team. ~ Ramani T

We stayed in Stay Easy Tiruvanmiyur, while relocating from Bangalore to Chennai. It was an extended stay where our family was moving from our house in Bangalore to our new place in Chennai. As we didn't have cooking options, the dining opportunities at this hotel was to our rescue. Our boys loved the food, and were very comfortable. All the staff was very co-ordeal and we didn't have any problem in shifting for their accommodating nature. Thank you so much. ~ Serene B

Had an excellent stay for 5 days. Rooms are really good and was beyond my expectations. Atmosphere is very quiet and silent. The staff are very helpful. The FO desk guy is very good at service and handling guest, hats off to him. The restaurant menu has got many local and Chinese stuff. I really recommend everyone who wants to visit Thiruvanmiyur or have short courses at HIMT Tidel park to book rooms here. ~ Richard J

I am so appreciative that there exists a place that still values customer service throughout the hotel. The staff were phenomenal. Abhishek, Niranjanbhai, Manoranjan, Rajesh, Bunty, Sardam helped me to make my stay memorial. It is refreshing to see family values still remain at the forefront. Very spacious place. Well kept. Clean. White sheets. No kettle was disappointing. I did not use but they have róom service and a dining place as well. Checkout was easy but checkin took about 12-14 mins even tho it was only me checking in The person was busy with reservation or something on call keeping the customer (me) waiting at the reception . Other than that minor incidental part, everything else was nice and comfortable. ~ Ajit A

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were neat and clean, and the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The stay at this place is very safe and calm. The rooms are very neat..and every functioning smooth. I had some issue with tv , and they fixed it immediately. We had breakfast complimentary and it was tasting good. I ordered food for lunch and dinner. They prepare really good food. Not very costly too. The staff is very polite and service overall is best here. ~ Shee j

I stayed in 207 one bedroom suite room was with kitchen and living room. Overall room was very good and comfortable. Amazing hospitality. Service was superb, all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and homely it was much appreciated as you can tell it was made with care and love. Room was clean and provided a balcony which was nice. Full AC and fan with enclosed shower, hand wash, soap, shampoo and toilet paper also provided. Only negative was that there were many mosquitos in the room. ~ Nikhyl

I stayed here for 2 days this time for the second time and it was very pleasant and peaceful. The staff here are very helpful and cordial. The food is also very delicious. Would recommend this place for anyone. Last time I stayed alone and this time my parents were also there and it was a pleasant experience for them too. I stayed in 'Stay Easy Tiruvanmiyur (Unit of Prohotel) on 11-12/01/2023. It is like stay in my own home. Abinash Jana is very cordial and looked after with personal care. My sincere thanks to him. Next is the food made by Niranjan. It is just like my home food. Not very spicy (as requested by me) but heavenly tasty. I shall go back again and again for his food. ~ Shyamsundar D

very cordial and received the guests. We stayed for 3 nights. He had attended to all our needs, even at odd times and late nights. The rooms are maintained by hygienic, clean, and cooperative staff. good ambience. The promoter of the place paid personal attention to our needs and was friendly and helpful. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned properly. Employees are very friendly and supportive. In Ground floor cafeteria is there, you can order food from here also. Best room in India on our 6 week trip. Very clean and quiet , big spacy room and friendly staff. Breakfast is very spicy though. But they also have fruit and fresh juice. Nice location. Good dinner delivery at room, they where able to make it less spicy. Will definitely come again to this place and recommend it to others. ~ Tjeerd B

This is the first time I rated a hotel a 5 star. I loved their hospitality, their behaviour, the food, everything. It was comfortable. I really is a hotel and a homestay. This was my second stay at the property. Its home away from home. I stayed 10 days and at all times felt safe and comfortable. The staff are very good and takes care of me without a doubt. Stay easy apartment is a great property when compared to other oyo rooms. There is 2 suite kind of room with hall and everything. 7 deluxe with sofa and rest all normal rooms. Really a good stay as property staffs were very supportive. Only draw back there is no in house restaurant this property's. They get foods from outside. ~ Suresh M
