A Fantastic Service Apartment with unbelievable Service. I consider myself lucky in accidentally coming across this hotel while searching for a stay for doing my Wife's Medical checkup. To name a few, Lakshmi, Vikram, Niranjan these are felt like God send Gospels. Niranjan, the Chef is a superb human being and believe me I have never come across such a unique person in my life. Absolute God send All the other staffs are equally good, you feel that you are the king and they are your subject. I stayed for 25 days in this hotel, and each day is a memorable one for me and my wife. Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I stayed at this hotel for 13 nights, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the first day to the last, everything was well taken care of. My first experience with pro hotel and it was great would definitely recommend. If asked to choose one thing I would say this one's highlight is it's great food. Excellent cook. if you're comparing it looks expensive but it's well worth it. Instead of renting rooms for low price and then charging for everything you will need, they quote all inclusive and then provide good service in my experience. Everything from food to laundry is very affordable. One thing that could be better would be if they can keep there restaurant open all day ~ Rahul V

Right from our arrival to departure the service rendered by their staff were of top class and all the more the staff have been so humble and courteous. The manager Mr.Abhinash was extremely cooperative and ensured we had avery comfortable stay.The rooms were clean and the best part we all watched the finals which India won without any disturbances. We stayed in Stay Easy Tiruvanmiyur, while relocating from Bangalore to Chennai. It was an extended stay where our family was moving from our house in Bangalore to our new place in Chennai. As we didn't have cooking options, the dining opportunities at this hotel was to our rescue. Our boys loved the food, and were very comfortable. Had an excellent stay for 5 days. Rooms are really good and was beyond my expectations. Atmosphere is very quiet and silent. The staff are very helpful. The FO desk guy is very good at service and handling guest, hats off to him. The restaurant menu has got many local and Chinese stuff. I really recommend everyone who wants to visit Thiruvanmiyur or have short courses at HIMT Tidel park to book rooms here. ~ Richard J

Very spacious place. Well kept. Clean. White sheets. No kettle was disappointing. I did not use but they have róom service and a dining place as well. Checkout was easy but checkin took about 12-14 mins even tho it was only me checking in The person was busy with reservation or something on call keeping the customer (me) waiting at the reception . Other than that minor incidental part, everything else was nice and comfortable. ~ Ajit A

Amazing hospitality. Service was superb, all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and homely it was much appreciated as you can tell it was made with care and love. Room was clean and provided a balcony which was nice. Full AC and fan with enclosed shower, hand wash, soap, shampoo and toilet paper also provided. I stayed in 'Stay Easy Tiruvanmiyur (Unit of Prohotel) on 11-12/01/2023. It is like stay in my own home. Abinash Jana is very cordial and looked after with personal care. My sincere thanks to him. The stay at this place is very safe and calm. The rooms are very neat..and every functioning smooth. I had some issue with tv , and they fixed it immediately. We had breakfast complimentary and it was tasting good. I ordered food for lunch and dinner. They prepare really good food. Not very costly too. Stayed 4 nights mainly for proximity to Apollo Proton Cancer Centre. Very good stay overall – polite, helpful staff (special thanks to Ravi & team, Bikram, Pintu, Nirender, and Manoranjan).
